1. Acceptance of these terms

By visiting or using this website, on a computer, a mobile phone or any other device, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms, including the use of cookies described in section 8. If you do not accept these terms, please stop using the website.

You do not have to accept statistics cookies to use the website. You can decline them at any time as described in section 8.5 and keep using the website as normal.

These terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how the Company collects, uses and discloses your personal data, and your rights under personal data protection law.

2. Who runs this website

This website is operated by Chawinnix Company Limited (บริษัท ชวินนิกซ์ จำกัด), whose head office is at 555 Nawamin Road, Khlong Kum, Bueng Kum, Bangkok 10240, Thailand, referred to in these terms as "the Company". "You" means anyone who visits or uses the website.

The Company provides consulting on business, technology, accounting, tax and intellectual property. Its contact details are in section 12.

3. Permitted use and prohibited acts

You may use the website to learn about the Company and its services, to read articles, and to contact the Company or request a consultation, in good faith and in accordance with the law. You agree not to:

• do anything that is unlawful or contrary to public order or good morals, or that infringes the rights of others
• access or attempt to access systems, data or parts of the website that are not open to the public, including the backoffice, without authorization
• disrupt or obstruct the website's systems or cause them to malfunction, for example by sending an abnormal volume of requests, carrying out unauthorized penetration tests or transmitting malicious software
• use automated programs to extract or copy content from the website in bulk for commercial use without written permission (search engines that index the website in line with its robots.txt file are excepted)
• submit false information, someone else's information without the right to do so, or defamatory, obscene or spam content through the website's forms or contact channels
• impersonate the Company, its staff or anyone else, or mislead others into believing that you are connected with the Company

If the Company finds, or has reasonable grounds to suspect, a breach of this section, it may suspend or restrict access to the website, decline related requests and take legal action. You are liable for the actual damage that your breach of these terms or of the law causes to the Company or to others.

4. Information on this website

All articles, analyses, examples and other information on this website are provided for general information only and do not constitute professional advice for any specific case, whether on legal, tax, accounting, financial or technology matters.

Every organization's circumstances are different, and laws, regulations and tax rules are amended from time to time, so some information may be out of date or may not suit your case. Before using any information here to make a decision, you should consult an expert who knows the facts of your situation. Reading or using information from this website does not create an advisory relationship between you and the Company.

The Company takes reasonable care to keep the information accurate, but does not warrant that it is accurate, complete, up to date or fit for your purposes. Where an article also has an English or Chinese version and its content differs from the Thai version, the Thai version prevails.

The Company takes reasonable care to keep the website available, but does not guarantee that it will be available continuously or free of errors. The Company may change, update, suspend or discontinue any content or part of the website for maintenance or development, and may do so without prior notice.

5. Forms and the information you send

The website has a consultation request form for telling the Company what you need. When you send the form, or contact the Company through any channel on the website:

• you confirm that the information you give is true and accurate, and that it is your own or information you have the right to disclose to the Company
• please do not include sensitive personal data, such as health information, criminal records or biometric data, and do not send documents or business secrets through the form before they are needed; if your matter requires confidential information, our team will first agree with you how to send it and how it will be kept confidential
• sending the form is only a preliminary expression of interest; it does not create a contract or any obligation to provide services until both parties have agreed in writing on the scope of work, the fees and the terms
• information or preliminary views that our team gives by phone, email or LINE before an engagement is agreed are general information under section 4, not professional advice for your case
• the Company may not get back to you, or may decline a request, for example when the contact details are wrong, the matter is outside the services it offers, or there is a reason the Company cannot take on the work

The Company collects and uses the information you send in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All text, articles, images, graphics, logos and trademarks on this website, and the way they are arranged, are the Company's property or are used by the Company under license.

You may read, print or save content for your own non-commercial use, share links to pages or articles as normal, and quote parts of the content as copyright law allows, naming Chawinnix and linking to the original page. Beyond this, you may not reproduce, modify, republish or use the content commercially without the Company's prior written permission. If you wish to republish any content, please contact the Company.

Using the website does not transfer or license any intellectual property right to you, other than as stated in this section.

7. Links to other websites

This website may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as LINE, Google Maps or sources cited in articles. These links are provided for convenience and do not mean that the Company endorses, or is connected with, the owners of those websites. The Company has no control over the content, security or policies of external websites and is not responsible for any damage arising from their use. You should read the terms and policies of any such website before using it.

You may link to any page of this website, but you may not display its pages within a frame on another website, or suggest that the Company endorses or is connected with you or your website.

8. Cookies and website statistics

Cookies are small data files that a website stores in your browser. This section explains which cookies this website uses, why, for how long, and how you can choose.

8.1 What is collected and why

The Company uses a statistics system that it built itself and that keeps its data in the Company's own system, to see which pages are useful, which content needs improving, which channels bring visitors and where pages go wrong, so that it can improve the website, its content and its services. It records the pages opened, the time spent on each page, how far you scroll, the website or app that brought you here, your type of device, browser, operating system, language, screen size and your device's time zone, clicks on links and buttons (only the text on the button and where it leads), starting and sending a form (never what you type), and errors on the page. The statistics system does not record IP addresses, and does not record staff while they are signed in to the backoffice.

When a browser that the website remembers sends a consultation request, the Company links that browser's visits to the website with the request you sent, to understand what you need and to improve its advice and how it communicates.

8.2 Cookies this website uses

Apart from cookies, the website uses your browser's own storage (local storage) only to remember that you closed the suggestion to switch languages. This is never sent to the website.

8.3 Using the website means accepting cookies

By continuing to use the website, you accept the Company's use of cookies as described in this section, including the statistics cookie cx_vid, unless you decline it under section 8.5 or your browser sends a do-not-track signal under section 8.4. Essential cookies are always used, because the website and its forms cannot work without them.

8.4 Browsers that ask not to be tracked

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track (DNT) signal and you have not made a choice yourself, the website does not remember your browser, sets no statistics cookie and only counts your visit anonymously under section 8.6. If you accept yourself, the website follows your choice.

8.5 Accepting or declining statistics cookies

You can accept or decline statistics cookies at any time with the buttons below, or through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. Declining does not affect your use of the website and takes effect at once: the website deletes the cx_vid cookie from this browser and from then on only counts your visits anonymously.

Your choice is kept in the cx_consent cookie of this browser only. If you use several browsers or devices, or clear your cookies, you will need to choose again in each browser. You can also set your browser to refuse or delete cookies, but if you block essential cookies, parts of the website such as the forms may not work.

Statistics recorded before you declined remain part of the website's statistics. If you would like the link between your visits and a consultation request you sent to be removed, or wish to exercise any other right under personal data protection law, please contact the Company as set out in section 12.

8.6 Anonymous counting

When the website does not remember your browser, it still counts visits anonymously, using a code that is valid for that day only, calculated from your IP address and browser details together with a random value that is deleted within 2 days. It does not record your IP address, sets no statistics cookie and does not link the statistics to any form you send.

8.7 No advertising cookies and no statistics for third parties

This website has no advertising or marketing cookies, no third-party tracking pixels and no third-party analytics tools. The statistics are kept in the Company's own system. The Company does not sell the statistics or pass them to third parties, except to the hosting provider that runs the server for the Company, or where it is required to disclose them by law, as set out in section 4 of the Privacy Policy.

Pages load some files, such as fonts and layout scripts, from third-party providers (Google Fonts, Cloudflare cdnjs, jsDelivr, Tailwind CDN and Unsplash). These providers therefore receive your IP address and browser information, as is normal for how the internet works, as explained in section 5 of the Privacy Policy. The Company does not send them any statistics or anything you enter in a form.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company and its directors, employees and agents are not liable for any damage arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, this website, whether direct or indirect, including loss of profit, business opportunity or data, and damage arising from acting on the general information on this website without consulting an expert about the specific facts of your case.

This limitation does not apply to damage to life, body or health; to damage caused intentionally, by fraud or by gross negligence of the Company or of a person for whom the Company is responsible; or to any other liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights as a consumer under the law.

For consulting work that you engage the Company to do, the Company's liability is governed by the contract or agreement for that work.

10. Changes to these terms

The Company may amend these terms from time to time, for example when the website offers new services or the law changes. It will publish the amended terms on this page with the date of the latest update at the top. Amended terms take effect when they are published on this page, unless a different effective date is stated. If you continue to use the website after that, you are deemed to have accepted the amended terms.

These terms take effect on 17 October 2026 and replace the Terms of Use and Support dated 18 September 2026.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting a consumer's rights under the law on consumer case procedure.

If any provision of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

These terms were prepared in Thai. Versions in other languages shown on this website are translations provided for the convenience of readers. If the wording of a translation differs from the Thai version, the Thai version prevails.
